Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani today received Liu Jun, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in the Kurdistan Region.
They exchanged views on the situation in Iraq and conflicts and tensions in the region. They emphasized the importance of preserving the security and stability of the Kurdistan Region and maintaining peace and stability in Iraq and the wider region.
Both sides agreed on the importance of reactivating the Kurdistan Parliament and forming the new KRG Cabinet.
They also reaffirmed their commitment to further advancing bilateral relations across a range of sectors.
